Each correct finalist
For each match, you can earn points from multiple areas. For example, if you predict the
exact score, the correct result, and the first team to score, your points will accumulate.
Match prediction points are:
5 points for exact score,
2 points for correct winner or draw, and
1 point for correctly guessing which team scores first.
Bonus prediction points are:
10 points for tournament winner,
10 points for best player, and
5 points for each correct finalist.
Bonus predictions can be locked manually by the Super Admin.
You can change your match prediction unlimited times before kickoff.
The last saved prediction before the match starts is the one that counts.
Match predictions are auto-locked the moment a match starts — both in the
UI and at the database level. Supabase rejects edits after kickoff.
Super Admin can reopen a match using override only if needed.
Fixtures are loaded from the local FIFA 2026 portal schedule file.
Use the "View on Google" link on any match to open Google's live World Cup card for that fixture.
