Scoring Rules

Simple rule: make your picks before kickoff, collect match points, and earn extra bonus points during the tournament.

5 Max points per match

1. Match Prediction Points

Each match can give a maximum of 5 points.

3 pts Exact score

1 pt Correct one team’s score

1 pt Correct winner, draw, or advanced team

1 pt Correct first team to score or no goal

Example

You predict France 2 - 0 Senegal. Actual score is France 2 - 1 Senegal. You get 1 point for correctly predicting France’s score.

2. Winner / Advance Rule

This is the 1-point result pick.

Select the team you think will win.
For group matches, you may select Draw.
For knockout matches, select the team you think will advance.
If a knockout match is drawn and decided by penalties, Super Admin will select the team that advanced.
Users who selected the advanced team will get the winner/advance point.

Example

You predict France 1 - 1 Senegal and select France to advance. If France wins on penalties, you can still receive the winner/advance point.

3. First Team to Score / No Goal

This is worth 1 point per match.

Select the team you think will score first.
If you think the match will end 0-0, select No goal / 0-0.
This is separate from your score prediction.
For a 0-0 knockout match, Super Admin can still select the team that advanced separately.

4. End-of-Tournament Major Bonuses

Maximum major bonus points: 80.

30 pts Tournament Winner

20 pts Golden Boot / Top Scorer

15 pts Finalist Team A

15 pts Finalist Team B

Finalist predictions are order-free.
If you pick France and Brazil, you still get the finalist points even if the actual final is Brazil vs France.

5. Stage Bonus Questions

Maximum stage bonus points: 50.

Group Stage 5 points each

Team with most goals during group stage
Team that concedes the fewest goals during group stage
Team with the most yellow cards during group stage

Round of 32 7 points

Which match will go to extra time?

Round of 16 7 points

Which team will win through a penalty shootout?

Quarter-finals 7 points

Which team will progress with a clean sheet?

Semi-finals 7 points

Which team will have the most possession?

Final 7 points

How many total goals will be scored in the first half of the Final?

Final first-half example

If the Final is 1 - 1 at half-time, the correct answer is 2. This bonus is based only on total first-half goals, not which team scores.

6. Lock Rules

Once locked, predictions cannot be edited.

Match predictions lock automatically at kickoff.
You can edit a match prediction unlimited times before kickoff.
The last saved prediction before kickoff is the one that counts.
Bonus sections can be locked separately by Super Admin.
Closed bonus sections move to the bottom of the Bonus page.
Super Admin can reopen a match only if needed.

7. Total Score

Leaderboard points are calculated automatically.

Total Points = Match Points + Bonus Points

8. Fixtures and Live Info

Fixtures are loaded from the local FIFA 2026 portal schedule file.

Use the View on Google link on any match to open Google’s live match card.
Super Admin can update scores manually.
Super Admin scores are protected from auto-sync when marked as manual override.
For knockout matches, the portal can auto-fill winners/losers into linked future matches.
